Harada Racing Company was established in 1977 for the purpose of PR activities of CIBIE in Japan, and at the same time began sales activities as a general agent for France elf Oil. Then, in the same year, launched the Motor Sports Team HRC, and intensified activities aimed at promoting the above two companies. Since then HRC has continued to participate in various motor sports, and through the sponsorship HRC has established the awareness of elf and CIBIE in the country.
